Our Mission

Our amazing team of volunteers is committed to helping families and their children who are medically complex transition home from the hospital. Interested in volunteering or have resources to share, please email us for more information. 

Living in the hospital with our daughter for 463 days and coming home with an enormous amount of equipment, we saw a need for supporting families going through this transition. We are in the beginning of growing what we feel is a priceless resource. We owe all thanks to the helping hands of our amazing community and friends who help support this foundation.

  JHHF's mission is to ease the financial and emotional burden of families. We do so by offering assistance for the transition home from the hospital; helping with medical costs; allocating adaptive equipment; and providing a safe space to connect with those who understand and live your reality.
